This is the Phelps Sauerkraut Weekend festival.  It is held every year at this location, 79 Ontario St. Phelps, NY 14532, on the first weekend of August.  This is also the site of our proposed Eclipse Viewing event next April. This festival has ride attractions, food and craft vendors.  This year our Scout Troop 46 from Seneca Waterways Council is partnering with the Phelps Library & STEAM Lab to promote our organizations and the upcoming eclipse event. Both organizations are RMSC Community Eclipse Ambassadors.
