The April 8th, 2024 “Total Solar Eclipse” will offer a once in a local residents lifetime opportunity – to see a “Totality” from their home. On average, a Total Solar Eclipse only repeats at a specific location every 375 years. The presentation will discuss details of the eclipse, how they are created and why they are important. All family members should view this rare event, especially children (No Child Left Inside). Proper eye protection will be discussed for anytime someone wants to view the sun.
